Cylinder 4 Misfire... New spark plugs again??
So in about April of 2017 my 97 Civic ex started like chugging when I was going highway speeds when my car was being driven longer than an hour I'd say, then in September or October, it started to chug whenever I drove it unless I gave it full gas... Anyway, It was diagnosed with a cylinder 3 I believe misfire. Switched the coil packs and it didn't help. Changed the spark plugs and it ran like a charm again. Since then I have been delivering pizzas and just went on a 9-hour road trip and on the way back it started to do it again and it has a cylinder 4 misfire now. I just changed the spark plus about 2 or 3 months ago, could it be them again??

Coil packs? It doesn't have coil packs. It has a distributor (with one coil inside), cap and rotor, and spark plug wires.
Probably should compression test the engine before buying any more parts though.

Also, pull the spark plugs and inspect for fouling..post pics here of plugs.
Any coolant loss in the radiator or coolant gain/overflow in the reservoir?
