Default B16a obd1 conversion with obd1 engine harness and female plugs

Like the title says Im trying to convert to obd1 in my 91 si hatch. I have b16a obd1 harness with all the female plugs. From what I understand I can't have jumper harness if i want to bar it here in Ca. Please dont tell me to buy conversion harness, I know its easiest route but I cant bar with it. I have been searching and cant find any kind of diagram to rewire the main shock tower plugs so I can plug n play. I have all 5 female ends for the harness.

From my understanding its got to be rewired correctly, cant have jumper harness are sometimes allowed but conversion kit isn't. I know there's bar'd Efs out there, how did you guys wire it up? This is the only thing left for me to start swap.

You can't just rewire your shock tower plugs to match the obd1 harness. The best this to do is the following:
1. Take out your main harness with the ecu plugs;
2. Have a shop manual for a del sol vtec and your Crx/Civic
3. Decipher what each wire is and where it goes
3. Label each wire
4. Remove the loom from the main harness
5. Label each wire coming from the obd1 engine harness
6. Begin gutting your main harness and re routing everything.
7. Get back on Honda tech with a post saying I didnt know what I was getting myself into.
8. Ask for help
9. You will get flamed for Attempting this
10. You will most likely end up paying someone to fix your harness

Not trying to sound like a *****. But I had 2 guys ask me for help. When I quoted them a price. They were ok with the price, and said I'll get back to you. 2 weeks later they tell me:

"i tried to have someone who said they knew what they were doing convert my harness. And now it's all f***ed up. How much to fix their mess up."

Then they get upset because my previous quote has gone up. If I have to fix someones mistake, better believe I'm gonna charge more.
