Civic is bogging and gets bad acceleration. Went to change fuel filter (car sat for three years) and there is no filter. Lines go right from fire wall to fuel rail... bad injectors? Problem started with just popping exhaust here and there and now is pretty bad. Why the hell would the last owner remove the fuel filter?

What engine? I have a set of injectors I have no use for, from a 90 CRX Si.

 

replace injectors, flush lines and drain the tank to see how bad the rust is. I just had to replace a tank, fuel pump and fuel filter due to sitting for nearly 3 years...way too much rust!
