Tial housing inlet flange fixture
So since I absolutely refuse to make a single scroll turbo setup with a 4-bolt flange and only use Tial housings I figured it was time for me to make some nice machined pieces for fixtures as well as for welding the flanges. Got the inlet flange pdf from tial, took what measurments I needed and made a solidworks model and then from there off to the cnc lathe.

looks sweet. maybe a newb question but did you make that just to prevent warpage and make the flange easier to hold your do you have a jig that fits into when you weld it all up?
PM me with a price. In the past I have bought their flanges and turned the male part into a female on the lathe and just used it for fixtures, id love to have something like this.
I put the flanges in the cnc mill and make the male flanges female flanges for certain turbo setups because i use 2 1/8" tube. Nobody makes v-band setups in that size. I suppose i could machine both v-bands but dont use tons of em.
when the lathe opens up maybe i could run a few.
