OK i just get retuned. Here is the dyno on my old setup. https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced-induction-16/results-my-custom-turbo-kit-my-s2000-2874827/
The only thing that was changed was i went from a rev hard log manifold to a mase tubular manifold. I went from a inline pro 3 inch down pipe to the mase 2.5 inch downpipe.
Also keep in mind this is on a very small garrett/precision t3 ball bearing 50 trim turbo with a .63ar 5 bolt hotside. This turbo is just about maxed out at this point.
before on 91 octane it was running 9-10 psi of boost making 335whp. Now its making 395whp on 10-11 psi on 91 octane. Before it made 400whp on 14 psi wuth 110 race gas. We had to stop there becuase the stock clutch started to let go. Now its making 501whp on 17psi with e85. My ID1000 cc injectors are at 95% duty cycle. With this mase tubular manifold i did loose about 600-700 rpm in spool time.
Yes i know this is on churches dyno which read higher but still the gaines are there even my only tune was on the same dyno. My old tube was in december on a cool 60 degree day. This tune was today in a hot *** 100+ degree day.
here is the full setup
stock 2002 engine with stock headgasket.
ACT HDSS clutch stock ap1 flywheel
Injector dynamic 1000cc incectors with pnp clips
walbro 255 hp pump rewired straight from the battery

aem boost control solinoid
omni 4 bar map sensor
MASE t3 turbo manifold
precision ball bearing 50 trim turbo. E compressor cover. t3 .63ar turbing housing
mase 2.5 inch down pipe
custom 3 inch exhaust made with alumized piping. no cat. 3" hks carbon ti muffler and 2 vibrant straight through resonators Used 3" vband clamps and flanges

what the reason behind going to a smaller dp? im also curious as to why sppolup slowed when switching to a tubular manifold. usually it increases spool unless the runners are really long? i would also be curious as to what it would make with the tubular mani but going back to the 3" dp. nice numbers and setup tho.
just realized that switching to a smaller dp is what prob caused the slower spool up. is there just not enough room with the addition of the tubular mani for a 3"dp now?

its just took hard to fit a 3 inch down pipe. There is just not enought room. its only about 3 feet of 2.5 inch down pipe. Then the whole exhaust flares to 3 inch with no cat.

if you look at the dyno even though i went to a 2.5 inch down pipe the car still made 65hp more at the same amount of boost because i went from a log to a tubular manifold.
damn im starting to dig the s2000 all of sudden. Damn and that boost man might have a new project car i want to build when the teggie done.
Great numbers and looks like a blast to drive that s2k! Setting up a tune with Church soon as well. Wanna see some 1/4 times when you get the chance

i would live to hit the 1/4 miles but i'm really scard of breaking the stock diff. S2000's are know to have really weak rear ends.
