hey everyone ive got the evil code of 4-3 fuel system supply....i have recently changed the fuel filter, oxygen sensor has maybe 10,000 on it, fuel pressure regulator just changed last week and now i get these two codes. i was wondering if it could be the fuel pump because there are times when it totally cuts out while driving. i can be going along in third gear at about 3,000 rpms and it spits and sputters but then i mash the throttle and it clears right out. is there anyone who might know what is happening here? i was thinking maybe a bad ground, relay, or the pump itself.....PLEASE HELP!!!
sorry forgot to mention the 41 code....new OBX-r o2 sensor....im stumped.. i've searched this site and have tried to get answers on clubintegra.com to no resolve....the best answer i got is check the return line which i have done its not kinked nor is it plugged so anyone with some info for me would be much appreciated....
I also forgot to mention the sputtering has been happening for a while now...id say about 6 months but just got the check engine light about a week ago if that helps

 

so i ordered a fuel pump and we'll see if thats the case if not ill keep everyone whos looked at this posted with anymore problems that might develop

 

UPDATE: still having problems after fuel pump change, sea foam intake cleaning and sea foam injector fuel additive. i just dont have the slightest idea as what it could be. anyone that could give me a pointer or 2 it will be greatly appreciated.....

Update? Did the sputtering problem go away once the car warmed up? The car would only cut out at low load, but fine at WOT?
