Default Turbo Manifold Benefits?

Heres the low down. I run a d15b turbo setup on 6psi. I like the setup. But now I am ready for more.

I have a b20vtec in the garage and getting my pieces needed to turbo it. My question is what are the benefits from running a basic cast manifold compared to a log manifold, or ram manifold? Is there more flow or is it just cosmetic?

Tubular manifolds offer considerably better flow characteristics along with being better looking. A well built one also offers considerably better boost control, but it depends on the wastegate placement.
