I've placed an order for some BBs Rs wheels...unfortunetly they've passed the "2 weeks worst case cenario" eta on when they would be done, but the guys there were cool and very helpful. So im giving them the benefit of the doubt...

We are sorry! the powder coat place is just too busy! and we only trust them because we offer 1 year warranty on them
We dont want to just go to random powder coat place to have it done fast and figure they wont last long

If your looking to buy these wheels...they're there to purchase so, thats legit...

Cons....
The wheel "services" they offer.. All qouted work was wrong from day 1,they ended up "underpricing" all the work by about $400!
And lied about what stage the wheels were at, saying they were in powdercoating(3weeks after the order was placed), only to receive a phone call 2 days after that and was told the redrill was gonna cost me a additional $150+?? This, which I was told would be done 2 to 3 days after the order was placed, with a 2 weeks"all work completed" worst case cenario. Then was promised a "great deal" on the rims asis, only to be of qouted the same price it would have costed me from the begining...deal? Their exuses was because they had removed the bolts...and gave the barrels to another set, and had to find replacements..
At least they returned my deposit...

Again, this is only in regards to the "wheel services" they offer, as that is all I have delt with them on...Nothing but wrong info, and run around answers.

 

Sorry. Because you want flat black face and glossy black lip, the powder coat place will have to charge us $500 instead of what we quoted you of $250. When we took it to the place to re-drill, the guy at there said it has to be fill and drill not re-drill. or else it will be too weak and its going to crack. and to fill and drill will cost us $250 instead of what we quoted you of $100. Thats $400 difference and thats a lot. so we have to run few other places to get it done as soon as possible with lower price. however no one willing to do it with the price we quoted you. so we have no choice but to told you we can not do it. or else we are losing money by selling this set to you. I hope you can understand. and thats the reason why we updated the services price now. In case if the same thing happen again.
