hand brake stuck, lever is down, rear wheel does not move ..
1991 CRX DX .. rear drums
I stated noticing this about 2 weeks ago, and it seems to be temperature dependent, the colder the temp, the harder it sticks.
It's the passenger rear drum/hub/wheel that gets stuck.
As soon as I put the hand brake lever down (from a parked position), and start to take off .. the car moves but the rear passenger wheel still has the brakes applied and does not rotate. I have to do a few stop and go manuevers, and also reverse stop and go manuevers to get the rear brake to unstick. This is annoying and not normal.
What could be causing this ?
