Throttle body being opposite

Throttle body being opposite
its for a GSR as you guys can see... where the throttle cable goes on the TB it turns the oppsite way so the cable does not even go on. I don't know if this can be solved or if I need a new Throttle body... what do you guys think?

assuming you need a b16a/ITR ???
couple choices...buy GSR throttle cable with bracket(I might have one i can sell you) or swap out for a b16a/ITR throttle body.
