I have a OBO B16A In my 91 ED7 I need to hire someone to convert everything to 94 EG2 OBD1 I have the P30 ECU! ( RARE AND HARD AS **** TO GET ) I'am willing to pay CASH MONEY! for anyone who CAN FOR SURE HELP ME WITH THIS! I'M TRYING TO BAR! and don't tell me this can't be done because I see Bar'd JDM engines all day and the State Ref told me because I failed ( once already ) that all that needs to be done to pass is converting it all to 94 delsol vtec spec. ( OBD1 wiring )
just buy an obd0-obd1 wiring conversion harness in and an obd1 distributer in with harness conversion harness. you also need a 4 wire o2 sensor. all this can be found on rywire.com

Wish you were local - I actually have time to spare for tackling such a job!
You have a few routes you can take (there are more, but they don't make much sense IMO), but you need to consider what level of mechanical skill you have.
If you did your own engine swap then you can definitely tackle removing the dash and replacing your sub harness with an uncut one. Then you are just 12 steps from converting to MPFI, add an OBD1 jumper harness, and you are good to go.
OR - if you think you can handle that job, you could swap over to a complete engine and dash harness from an Si and just get the OBD1 jumper harness.
If you are even semi-electrically inclined, you can pick up the shop manual (online PDF, genuine Honda, or the Helms... don't even bother with a Haynes/Chilton) and read the schematic to figure out your cut wiring. The schematics show all the colors for the wires so it's pretty easy. I guess you could have somebody else do this for you. It's not a terrible job.
Last option would make the BAR inspector smile, but would require the most work. This is where you would seriously want an 'electrician' involved. Cut your OBD0 ECU harness from the firewall to the ECU and wire in OBD1 plugs and engine harness connector. Then use a complete OBD1 engine harness. Freaking nightmare job, but about as stock converted as you can get it.

So I wish you were local as well. I have no skills with eletrical and wiring to be honest. I've done engine swaps and mechanical hands on ( bolt on ) stuff. The most advance I've gotten into this is changing out CAMS, no way In gods green earth could I even come close to doing this. The most electrical work I've ever done to my car Is installing ( AUDIO ) subwoofer deck amp speakers thats it! I would love to do what would make the bar inspector happiest and most pleased but I know with my skill level where it is now I can't thats why I'm asking for help from anyone who could spare a helping hand and I will pay! I just miss driving this car and I want to do this legit! BAR'D! so I don't have to worry about the stupid elk grove police department which trust me ARE DICKS BEYOND ANYONES IMAGINATION and CHP....just being able to roll with a clear mind you know? Thanks though for your insight and options! I will gladly repeat this to whomever helps me work on this issue!
