All Motor H22A or H23 non-vtec and F22A or F22B

Hey guys
i was just wondering which of the heads flow better and if anyone has any comparison graphs proving such claims..

H22A DOHC VTEC vs H23 Non vtec
F22B SOHC VTEC vs F22A

the f-22 a i think flow better than f22b i have a f22b2 in my house and the f-22a ports are much bigger than f22b2

The JDM H22a1 flows more than the JDM h23a1
The JDM f22a4 or 6 not sure which, both are JDM, has better flow than the JDM f22b1

thanks man. i kinda ran across this thread last night researching a new build. what about usdm f22b's and f23a1's. i know the f23 has oddball shaped intake ports so using an f23 head would require its intake manifold. or am i wrong?
