Default old gas in the car my cb7 accord?

So i recently got my car running again (i stopped driving it back in june of 2010) and its been sitting. I did start it to move it back in january of this year, but then it sat again until a couple days ago. There was about an 1/8th of gas in my tank. So i changed the fuel filter and put fuel stabilizer in it, and put about 5 gallons of fresh 91 octane gas in my car. Now the car runs, but when it comes to an idle after stopping, the car sputters and usually dies. Is it just because the bad gas that's in there and it needs to be flushed out?

Thanks

what rpm does the car idle at? what kind of sputtering? hesitation or like a misfire kinda sputter? could be the iacv not opening and closing right and not regulating the air right there for sputter and die. i would recommend flushing out the tank. or just bad injectors from sitting probable wanna stay close when at idle hit each of the injectors gently might free them up. put some seafoam in the gas tank
