Default K series header question

Whats going on Honda Tech. I have a question on these 2 k series headers. 1 is a k tuned 4-1 race header and the other is a skunk 2 4-2-1 tri y design mega power header. Which header is the better header for a k20a2. stock motor or built I'd like to know which header has the best flow or if one is meant for top end power and the other makes better torque or mid range etc. Both headers would be on a 3 inch exhaust also.

If any one can either answer this question or send me a link to another thread about this or article please do, thanks.

and also if any threads are made of some one using one of these headers that would help also.

The 4-1 race design is meant for top end power so if the a2 is stock i'd say run the skunk2
