For sure...

OP: Bring your car to a dealer. Pretty good possibility it will be covered.

seat belt buckles are lifetime warranty..the OPDS sensor is actually made into the passenger seat back cushion so you have to replace the seat back cushion..the OPDS unit is a little control unit bolted to the seat back frame..the 2 OPDS parts will be determined by the dealership if they are warranty..just have them check your VIN

Is it true that if the SRS light is on that your airbag won't deploy?

Just like if the CEL comes on the engine runs in fail safe mode..
If the SRS light is on SRS system runs in fail safe and if you had an
accident the airbags may not deploy..

i noticed that it would only reset/clear if i moved my driver seat all the way back.

does the warranty still cover if your car is a salvage title?

Why would you go do something short sighted like take out the srs light bulb? If your srs light is going on a lot you may have some electrical issues. I just reset mine today, it was easy, took no more than 10 minutes. If it really bothers you get some black electrical tape and cut it neatly, to cover the srs. That's what a friend of mine did with his cel on his crappy gmc, lol.
