I have a set of snow tires from my old lx. Will the tires clear and fit the calibers on my si. Or my wife has an 09 ex if I decide to put them on there will it effect the sensor and have the tpms light on while the steelies with snow tires on.

 

Yes the wheels will fit the Si with no problem.

If you put them on the 09 the tpms will not work unless you want to take the sensors out of her wheels and put them in those tires.

The other way is buy new sensors, or just run with the tpms light on, which I do with my 09 toyota, that light has been on since 09 without a single problem.

 

:Like: this thread! i was planning on getting a pair of light 16s to run at the track with some radials. I was looking into the wheel and there is a considerable amount of clearance between the wheel and the caliper, but just hearing someone confirm that is good to know! thanks Bee!

I ran the discounttiredirect 16" (Unique 83) steelies last winter. The LX steelies also work as will many other 16" wheels.
