I was thinking about doing that, bc my car is having soo much trouble right now, but I'm just gonna save money and buy another car, in addition and have 2 toy cars. Let me know. The place I get all my work done has abotu 4 F22 motors, 3 w/ tranny.

I'm originally from Orlando (Casselberry to be exact) and moved up here to take a job.

ANYWAY.. I can't for the life of me remember the name of the shop. The owner had a white turbo Integra Type-R clone... it was a small shop. The guy who the D16Z6 came from had a red Civic coupe w/B16A in it. It was in this little industrial area.. like a corrigated steel building.

Besides the mounts... an F in a civic would be a cheap/fun swap... the gift of torque is yours. How big of a PITA is it to get cable shifter in a civic?

from what I hear, not too bad. You have to cut a small rectangular hole in the firewall/floor pan for the cable to go through. But, there is a new product on the market, a shift box that allows you to mount the linkage on the underside of the car instead of the interior. This makes the shift **** not sit so high and evidently works very well. Place racing sells it and Hasport has one coming to market this month.

I got an F22b1, but it's an auto and since your selling it anyway who cares about VTEC.

Yeah, I really do not care whether it's vtec or non vtec. I just need the F22 and manual trans. I'm in the va/md/dc area, so close to there is best, however, I'm open to shipping if you're able to accomodate. Can you guys that have motors/trans PM me with your asking price, please?

I am looking for a F22A1 also, but around the Northern California area? Anyone know where I can pick one up for cheap with low miles?

The place you are talking about is ISP (island street performance) where I get all of my shyt done, which I'm not gonna talk about. But, they have since moved, to a HUGE place in North Merritt Island, and the "red civic guy" is my ex boyfriend, which is kinda funny, I talked to him and he remembers you. lol. anyway, my car is down right now. Turns out all of my valves in my #3 cylinder are bent, and at least 1 in the #2 cylinder. So, my lil' swap isn't doing too great lately. But, that's life!
