ok so i picked up a nice clean built and boosted eg. runs great but ran into an issue. when driving this car in any gear but most noticed in 3rd. i roll into it the car pulls good. it will hit 16 psi/5100 rpms and car will shut down. not like a fuel cut. bov will open like lifting out of throttle. also with throttle to floor it will cut and rpm tach will drop to 0 until throttle is realeased. once released it will go back up to normal rpm you are at? car is running hondata s300 with boost by gear solenoid. but i dont understand this. hooked ecu to my laptop and only cel's car is throwing is IAT code #10 and o2 sensor cause its not plugged in. im so confused. please help

 

does vtec crossover?? possible distributor issue. ive seen a similiar problem like this nd it ended uo bein one of the sensors in the distributor

thats the only thing i can think of that would explain wat ur describin. sounds like as soon as vtec should crossover, all ur timing gets pulled nd ur losing rpm signal. u could try swapin dizzys wit a friend jus to check
