Default 94 Civic hatch B18C1

I just picked up a 94 hatch with a B18C1 and it's been running fine since I got it about a week ago. Now it's idling rough and stalls. Check engine light is on and I have a scanner but can't find the plug for it. I've looked under the steering wheel and behind the passenger side kick panel, but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Should be a green plug under or near your glove box with 2 plugs in it. 1 i believe 3 wire the other 2 wire.

On the 2 wire plug - Stick a paper clip connecting into each hole and turn ur key ONII position. Check engine light should appear.
