Default buddyclub III VS IV

i read about
s2pro1 vs bc specIV cams

but
is the more duration of bc than s2pro1 will be too much on b16 11.7 cr although its less lift than the pro1?

pro1: in 12.6 296* ex 11.9 298*

bcIV: in 12.3 306* ex 11.8 302*

i would say bcIII will be fine, then pro1,then bcIV
any advice

Completely different cams. For the Buddy Club IV, they are made for much more top end cars that staying their higher rpm levels ALL THE TIME. A good Hytech header (long tube runner) will work with the Pro1. The Pro1 is a more mild camshaft that utilizes more midrange than anything else.

But I am more interesting in high REV power more than midrange power.

You have a B16a which likes shorter runner lengths on it's header to make great power. That's why the Toda header is so strong on the 1.6L's. All the headers you listed would be better suited to 1.8L's-2L's with their long tube lengths.
