Default 2004 Civic DX Passenger Airbag Cluster Light Help

I have a 2004 civic dx, and the light on the cluster with the passenger airbag thing wont turn off

it just came on one day when i detached the seat when i was putting in my sound system, and all of a sudden it NEVER went away

There is the light (not the gas light lol i no im broke )
it wont turn off and i dont no how to remove the cluster to take the bulb out, ive tried unscrewing the plastic piece before the cluster with the two screws up top, but it wouldnt pop off like the 97 civic cluster i did the other day.

Should have disconnected the battery before unplugging the seat.

Just reset it. The light should go away.
