Default 95 Civic. Removing Oil from Cooling System and Idle Issues. Reward!

Hello, I just recently rebuilt the motor in my 95 EX and replaced everything but the radiator since it was only two months old. I rinsed it out as good as I could but just yesterday I noticed a very small amount of oil in the system and on the radiator cap, this worries me since I just rebuilt and replaced everything else, hoses and all. What is the best way to remove whatever oil is in the system, will the Peak Super Flush work well along with a professional flushing from a shop?

Also I'm having an idling issues, I just replaced the FITV with a OEM Brand New one so I'm leaning towards the IACV. In Park and Park only, sometimes the idle will go fluctuate up and down and up and down which gets annoying. What could this be? The IACV is fairly new so I'm wondering is coolant just not reaching it? I hear this is a common issue.

Lastly after the car sits for a long period of time, over 8 hours or so when I begin to drive it it powers down badly. First gear will be fine but when it hits second it's like something is clogged or I'm not getting gas and suddenly it will jump back up and once warm is completely fine. Thoughts?

Reward/Note = If anyone helps me figure out exactly what is wrong and how to fix it I will PayPal them over a couple of dollars.

Idle - You have some air trapped in the cooling system. Try bleeding it:

This may take 20-30 minutes.

1) Park the car on an inclined driveway with the front end higher than the rear.

2) Push the dash heater lever/**** to MAX heat.

3) Follow the directions in the diagram below (hint: the bleed bolt is located where the upper radiatorhose connects to the engine):

Power down - Is the ignition timing set to spec? How old are the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor? Any CEL codes?

I'll attempt the bleeding in the next few minutes actually. The timing is fine, the car was running perfectly up until two weeks ago. I thought it was the plugs right away since it happened once before so I replaced them and nothing. I replaced the Cap/Rotor two days ago and nothing, tightened the Alternator belt since it was sort of loss, nothing. I doubt it's the wires since they aren't that old but that's my next thing to replace I suppose.

Didn't get a chance to check the cooling system just yet, been busy with this whole hurricane deal. Any idea on the lagging though once it goes into second?
