flowmaster for my civic.
Hi all, just got a flowmaster delta flow series muffler for my civic. I like the deep tone sound of it and its not too loud. just wondering if any of you have a flowmaster and what your opinions are about it. do you like it? dislikes? let me know. thanks.
...last time i checked i don't have a v8 so i can't comment
Loud *** car, the fact that it was running like **** didn't help any either...
I wouldn't put a flowmaster muffler if I were you. I bought my car used with one on it and it sounded like junk. I now have a Greddy evolution cat-back system which sounds a hell of a lot better and provides more power.
my dad's 88 civic needed a new muffler so i convinced him to get an ultra flow with a 4 inch tip....back in 95 that **** was ballin....
......BWAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAhahahaha, baHAAHAHAHAHAhahaha... heh...... heh.... *cough* ehheh... Good **** man
lol, ah well..its too late. i already have it on. its cool..i likes it so thats all that matter. i was just wondering what you all thought about it. now i know

I have not heard the delta series. I do know, however, that the science of flowing air through a muffler is not radically different regarding v8s & 4 cyl.
He did not mention pipe diameter, whether he had a resonator, or anything else.
That is cool if you like it. Let us know if future changes to engine configuration change the sound.
Looking at the muffler is is a chambered design which will not be beneficial for power in the long run. If you plan to continue to modify your engine it probably would not be the best choice. If this remains a hobby (not an obsession) then enjoy your new muffler.
