I am having vibration in steering wheel at idle???

Background:

1993 Honda Accord LX
Motor mounts and rear mount mount solenoid valves are intact and in working order.
Vibration almost if not totally gone when AC is off.
New tires, brakes were checked and OK'ed by mechanic.
Vibration goes away once over 1000rpms.
Idle has been reset slightly higher, did not solve the problem.
As I understand it if it were the muffler it would vibrate across the entire power band?
Car sat up practically unused for a year at least.
Plugs, oil, distributor cap and rotor all changed as well as the associated rubber rings that go with.

Anyone got any ideas?????

I'd check your balancer shafts to see if they're out of time. It can cause engine vibration too.
