Black River Stages is back on 9.23rd and 24th with over 50% more cars already signed over last year. Come check out Rally Racing in the woods around Harrisville, Ny.

The whole event is over the two days with night stages and several opportunities to check out the cars and talk to the drivers. This event will have Rally Moto also.

Oh, and to "sweeten the deal", volunteers get to dine on THE finest garbage can chicken in the world after 2 days of racing and hanging out in the woods with some awesome people! Doesn't get much better than that!

 

Can't wait for Goose Pond!!! We almost took some rocks out over one of the jumps last year - hit it a little bit too fast and sideways.

We were at Flying Finish last year, and I had video rolling at the last "knoll" just before the signs. One guy I thought was going to go off and I was going to have to go running, but he caught it and straightened 'er out.

Yeah, that was me. It was busy in the car.

You can see the difference between really good (first two cars) and not so good suspension (third car). Our new suspension would suck that up, the old stuff bounced us the whole way down the straight.

Worked the finish time control on Texas on Friday, and on Saturday, I was marshaling an unofficial spectator spot probably 2/10 of a mile from the turnaround end of Goose Pond. Was able to shoot some video and snap some pics on Saturday:

We were in car #1/ Silver and Red Impreza. And we had an interesting Texas stage the first time through, so we probably weren't too chatty when we came in.
