Electrical issue in my 90 civic Dx hatch
sounds like you need to do some probing to find a short or a device that is shorted out itself.
Im not sure as to why it keeps popping. maybe someone else has had the same results.
But without a doubt i can assure you that the voltage that is supposed to be going to a
device isn't getting there without grounding/shorting out. and if it is getting to a certain device than the device itself could be the problem.
Ig-stands for ignition correct?
If so then look up what all components the Ignition switches on. Such as fuel pump relays injectors ecu etc etc

Not sure whats on the ignition circuit, but you could start by unplugging all the connectors in the engine bay, Fans, a/c clutch, headlights, turn signals, (everything but sensors). Then turn the key and see if it pops. If not, start plugging everything back in one by one until the fuse pops again, then you've found whats shorting out.
