Default Properly Diagnosing A/C Problems? 2004 EX

So, after fixing my engine overheat problem (Blown Headgasket, resurfaced Head, most likely previous owner's fault) I've realized that my Air Conditioning issue still persist after the engine symptoms went away.

Currently, I can run the AC for around 15 minutes before it seems like the air either warms up or just stops blowing all together. I can hear the "Fan" sound, but when I put my hand to the airways it seems like nothing is coming out (or it may just be the same temperature as the surroundings.)

1. I've heard possibilities (from searching) are that I don't have enough Refrigerant in there.
2. Faulty Clutch
3. AC Temp Sensor

Does anyone have some tests they can suggest for me?

That is kind of weird, actually. Let me get this right... You're saying that, at times, the air is barely blowing through?

That, or because it's warm, I am not noticing it.

I think the way I'm judging is by how cold the air blowing out is. If it warms up to internal temperatures, I probably can't notice it.
