I bought some of the cheap "racing seats" off ebay (mistake i know). and now i'm wanting to put some rsx seats in my del sol. does anyone know if they will mount up or will i have to make them fit?

You can get away with plates that bolt/weld to the rail, and then bolt to the OE spot.

I have never seen custom rails for this.

but if you have the tools for metal work, it shoudn't be that difficult for you.

 

s2k's won't bolt right in either. i just like the look of them in del sols.

 

s2k's are the most easily transplantable seat. You can just swap the seat pan with your 92-00 civic seat pan and the OEM rails bolt right on. I believe RSX seats the seat pan is welded, so you would need to modify the rails to bolt in, or make custom rails.

When i was looking for seat swaps my first option were the S2K seats but i never found a set that was worthy, I was just gonna wait till i ran into a nice set then i came upon mint condition 06 RSK seats, i picked them up and then began working on installing them, after doing some pondering about how to install these i came to the conclusion to chop off the brackets off the original del sol seats then weld them onto the RSK seats, the final result......





IMO the RSX seats are way more comfy than the S2K seats.

you know where i can find the bolts that hold the seat bracket down to the floor? i have searched ebay and found nothing. i lost them in the process of taking my stock del sol seats out.

 

I also got RSX seats on my Del Sol look at my thread it shows how I did it but I just welded the Del Sol rails on to themand that way I just bolted them on but for
