It doesn't look like it comes with top hats, you'd need to reuse your stock ones. If you want top hats, we can sell you coilovers for $599.99 shipped that have them:

$433.61 shipped for my 98 Civic. Found a guy on Ebay with 99% feedback willing to do it for $411 shipped. Can you beat that price??

We usually don't honor Ebay price matches because Tokico has refused in the past to honor warranties for Ebay purchases.

However, order online, and put "Dan quoted me $411 shipped" and we'll get it done. For that particular one, we don't have more until 9/18.
