Remove headliner 98 Civic LX?

I searched through the forums but couldnt find a DIY on removing a headliner on a 98 civic. Can anyone link me or help me find something helpful on removing the headliner to re do it?

What part are you having difficulty with?

Any plastic touching the headliner has to be removed as well as the rear view mirror ans sunvisors.
