Default Alarm or Kill Switch?

I know I should get both but I've had alarms in my hondas and acuras in the past and they've all been worthless they've still got broken into or with my del sol actually stolen properly placed kill switch seems more legit then an alarm. What do u guys think?

Default Re: Alarm or Kill Switch?

The more security the better. Why do people think that alarms will keep people from breaking into your car? When was the last time you saw a crowd of people come running when a car alarm goes off? Never. A hidden kill switch/es will only help prevent your car from getting stolen. Sometimes not even then. It can still get broken into and vandalized.

This needs to go int he Audio and Security forum.
