I'm thinking about purchasing this exhaust, but after I did a honda-tech.com search it appears that everyone says it's loud on their cars, but it has a nice deep throuty sound, which I want. So what can you guys tell me about it. I'm looking for performance, looks, sound and any other information which may be valuable. Pics would help.

ttt, come on guys and know there are some of one on rigth now that has it. And I'm talking about the Tanabe Super Racing Medallion, if I confused any of you.

 

yeah...i have a racing medellion and its loud. but it has a silencer to back it up, but it looks ugly with it. but it gives a real nice deep noise without having a little rattle snake at the back of your car. I think its a good exhuast but i took it off and bought myself a RSR exhuast which is super quiet. I love the RSR after awhile you get tired of the LOUD noise. But i do highly recommend the Racing medellion, but try to purchase yourself with that SUPER racing Medellion. it seems better then the 1st one.

 

Nice throaty sound especially with my Toda B's JDM 4:1 and carsound cat, it is extrememly loud on the interstate, the first week you have it on your car you'll be why in the hell did they make these things so loud, but you'll like it and get used to it. Now they do have a bottle necked b-pipe which should only hinder you if you are building a very strong engine.

 

i have a racing medallion on my car and it is loud. I like the exhaust, but i'm getting rid of it for a bigger exhaust. With the silencer the exhaust is not that loud, but i never use the silencer.

 

I have a Super Racing Medallion on my GSR. It's a better material than the old Racing Medalion, and its bigger. Sounds the same, but its quieter. I don't really worry too much about attention from cops, unless im at WOT...I recommend it if you dont want a too loud or too quiet exhaust

 

Hey thanks for the replies guys, I guess that's what I expected out of the replies. Do any of you have picture's I've only found one and it's not that good.

BTW where did everyone buy the Super Racing Medallion
