My '03 Civic EX has sluggish acceleration after a cold start, only at first. It has 70,000 miles and had its 60,000 tune up...but was doing it before and since...only every once in while, but now about 2 to 3 times a month...any thoughts? A hard start every so often as well.

 

Mine does it too, It is slugish till it hits vtec and then it pulls pretty hard.. you can notice a diffrence. just did spark plugs and cleaned the air filter
