I have a 2000 civic with a B16A swap done. I just picked this up a couple weeks ago and just cleaning up the mess the last owner left me with. I have a solid cel (code for bad ecu) but not all the time. It comes on when its at operating temp. The motor doesn't react any differently with cel. I'm not too worried about but still want to fix problems while they exist. It has died randomly twice while in neutral coming to a stop but fires right up like nothings wrong. Another thing when blinker is on it dims the lights with each blink. Checked the battery and alternator and both are good. Ground issue??
