I got a 91 crx si put newhead on drove it for a while. Was going down the road and it bogged dies slow.Had my buddy tow it to his garage he charges the battery abd it crank.when i was driving home 2 miles for my house it done it again died but slow like it was losing power. when i got it back to my house it cranked was halling *** while idling,Now it just clicks no gas is spitting out

i ordered a starter alternator and msd distributor im gonna try to narrow it down my homeboy told me to check some kind of relay

when it dies i got to shift to 4th then 3rd and so on then it dies if a piston ring was blowed what would it do idone a compression check it read 200 on all cyllinders

if a piston ring blew you wouldnt have healthy compression numbers.

also you need to put a specific title. like "HELP- CAR RANDOMLY DIES" or something like that.

and you also need to specify what motor.

My bad im new to this its a d16 the only thing i done wrong when I put the head on I never put a intake gasket on it.

probably just didnt tighten the 10mm down on the alternator when you put the head on.

Thanks. Can u pull the fuel pump out from the back like a 92 hatch or am i gonna have to drop the tank.

I put the intake gasket waiting on some new headers a msd distributor alternator and starter.SO I cant crank it yet. It runs when it dies it dont die suddenlly its like its losing power.
