ok so i didnt drive my car for about 5 days. i go to start it and it wont start. here's my question will a car turn over but not start if the battery is to low? i will charge the battery but than it will slowly die after trying to start the car about 15 times. it just seems weird the the motor seems to be turning over but just wont start.

ok i had the battery checked and its fine. the fuel pump does prime. how can you tell if the relay is bad?

 

He asked you 3 questions, never asked you about a relay, and you only answered one.

 

ok sorry its a 1993 civic hatch dx. yes there is spark.

 

Is spark bright white or orange or blue at the plugs? If it's white, then try starting the engine with starting fluid and check the mechanical timing:

 

i tried starting it with starting fuel no luck

 

and if i remember right the spark was orange.

 

sounds like maybe the coil went out. any codes?

 

You almost surely have a spark problem.
