Stupid question: when you say JDM cat, is that the actual stock jdm ITR cat? Does it throw a CEL if you put it on a USDM ITR?

Yes, this is the stock JDM ITR cat that is 12" long. I did not have a CEL, but the cat does not have a bung for a secondary O2
