After months of waiting to get my car smogged, I couldn't wait anymore so I went and got it tested myself. It failed and I was hoping the guy would be leanient, but I guess not. I payed the consequence and now I'm pissed now because I can't find "someone" to smog my car.

 

did he fail you on the visual or on the actual emmissions?

I know this may scare you but what we use at the honda dealership is GM top engine cleaner you can do it yourself it has instructions part#1050002

 

hmm...thats weird...he didnt care about the motor swap huh...well make sure u have your cat, plugs, wires, cap and rotor replaced...check your timing and idle also...are you using a stock ecu foe the motor?...

be glad you found an ignorant smog tech at least
