Default CRX GSR no vtec HELP please

Ok I'm finishing up my car. I'm trying to get it runnin and reliable.
The engine runs and drive good. I just don't have vtec.
I'm pretty sure I just need to get the vtec wiring correct.(if it's wrong..?)
When I was doing the swap, I did all kinds of forum searching and googling....
I found that the B18C does not have a vtec oil pressure switch as the B16 and B18C5 do.
My block is a B18C1 but evidently there is a jdm head on it.
So I read that you are to tap the vtec oil pressure switch wire into the vtec solenoid wire. So that's what I did, and It cuts out a bit where vtec should be kicking.
All other vtec wiring is wired. vtec solenoid and knock sensor
I'm using a P28 w/Hondata S200(which probly doesn't matter) and a Zerg obd0-obd1 conversion harness w/vtec wires pre ready
Here's a pic of the Zerg instructions...

What do I need to do...?!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sad... they have typos in their instructions...

All you need to do is ground out the wire for the VTEC Pressure Switch. It is looking for a ground to be activated to signal to the ECU that the engine has enough oil pressure to safely activate VTEC. The VTEC solenoid is +12v so by tapping the V-P/S into it you are creating a major problem for the whole system...
