94 LX TPS with reversed voltage readout?
My 4cyl non-Vtec wagon with AT has been throwing DTC code 7. Correct voltage readings at the TPS sensor connector. I've replaced the sensor and calibrated it but the MIL continues to display check engine light and code 7.
Don't have an ECU test harness but I used Popper leads to bite thru the wires - red/black at D11 and Green/blue at D22 - at the 22 pin connector C460 into the ECU. (I'm following the troubleshooting flowchart in the factory manual.) But the readings I get are reversed.
Full throttle gives me -4.56 and closed throttle produces -.45. If I reverse the leads, I get +4.5 for full and + .45 for closed throttle.
Any ideas, hints, experience you can provide to address this? Thanks.
