I only have 9 hours before i have to use this car, its my daily driver. I have no clue what the two prongs for hoses are on the bottom of the throttle body and also where the two hoses on the iacv go to. also dont know what bracket to use to hold intake to block

the throttle body inlet outlet is for coolant. you can generally leave those unused. the IACV uses the coolant from the intake manifold.
you really should have done some research prior undertaking this

The manifold bracket is useless, just leave it off. The two hoses coming off the throttle body..... one of them goes to the IACV, the other goes to the intake manifold. On the IACV side, you've got the one hose coming from the throttle body and the other hose goes to the water pipe that runs from the pump to the thermo housing.
Hope that helps.

when theres 4 wires you dont have a 50/50 chance. also I had it wired on my other civic and I recently replaced the entire subharness so to save time on my daily driver I just depinned what was wired on my old civic and switched i to my daily.
Actually being that the 2 yellow wires only have 2 pinouts they are SUPPOSED to go in and the 2 red wires have only 2 pinouts they are SUPPOSED to go in - mathematically it is a 50% chance... You need to research more like others have stated; it's clear you lack basic knowledge. Stay in school.
