What is a "radi" for starters? Also, whatever it is how should we know what colors your wires should be? You gave no part numbers to go off of - not even a brand. Unless you are asking for the vehicle wiring - then we still don't know what a "radi" is or where it's going...
Personally I haven't seen the RED with a white stripe... but the main 3 are Black = Ground, Yellow = constant +12v, Red = +12v ignition switched...
I thought when I came in here radi = radiator.
Are you hooking up a fan to a radiator? If so, the black is ground. If unsure, then hell - throw some current through both ways and see which way it flows the air.

Omg ameteurs. First off is your stock harness cut? The one that went into your stock radio. If not just go to best buy or any car audio place and buy car specific harness. Your oem harness will plug into the new one you buy and then you just match colors.
But if the end has been cut http://www.the12volt.com/installbay/...tail/1061.html
i AM mecp certified btw and i know my **** a little

Just wire your radio to your radiator with a white wire and paint a red stripe on it with nail polish. Then 3 black wires will appear and constantly on the ground with a yellow. Then cut your harness so it will be stock and take it to an audio shop for a specific color harness that you can plug into the matching radi. The part numbers will brand you while current is throwing some air flow.

DAMN!!! LOOK AT THE RESPONSE FROM A TYPO!! LOL! .... i meant to say i have an aftermarket radiator FAN! lol.... tryin to wire it up in my 89 ef sedan..the original fan is missing..... the NEW fan has a blue wire and a red wire .....is that enough info now...LOL
Well we have no clue because you didn't say what brand... Is it a pusher fan, pull fan, or push/pull fan? I would assUme the red is positive and blue is ground... Either way hook it up and see if it turns the right way... If it doesn't swap the leads around... It won't hurt it if you momentarily hook it up backwards to check the rotation on it...
