Little pink box with a clear window on top is the battery fuse. Also check your grounds

the fuse is good and the grounds are good.. and would a bad ground cause the fuel pump not to cut on?

Yes......a bad ground (ECU G101) would cause the pump not to operate. Check to make sure that the main ECU ground, located in the engine wire harness, ensure that the contact patches are clean and the connection is tight.

It is the group of ground wires going through the engine harness. On the stock Accord harness it is the connection with BRN/BLK, BLK & BRN ground wires that is bolted to the drivers side of the intake manifold.

Make sure wherever you put it, that the contact area is sanded down/cleaned up and free of any sort of clear coat or dirt.

Keep tabs on your alternator. If you did hook up the battery backwards you may have fried the rectifier/voltage regulator in the alt. Might be worth pulling to have tested.
