ok.. so i just dont an h swap to my 94ex
im not gettin fuel or spark
i tried three ecu's checked all the fuses (with a mulitmeter) and switched teh main relay with a known good one...
and im pretty sure that is from puttin the battery in backwards..
im just need help figuring out what is wrong.

Yes......a bad ground (ECU G101) would cause the pump not to operate. Check to make sure that the main ECU ground, located in the engine wire harness, ensure that the contact patches are clean and the connection is tight.

k so i went back and i redid all my grounds just now and moved the one you pointed out and remade my negative battery cable cause it just looked like crap and i can hear the fuel pump cut on so that was that problem.. now i just think my battery is dead lol ill charge it in the morning at work (advance auto) and try again.. thanks for the help
Keep tabs on your alternator. If you did hook up the battery backwards you may have fried the rectifier/voltage regulator in the alt. Might be worth pulling to have tested.
