the car is reving by it self when i start the car i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what it could be and what i could look for to check out. i checked the hoses and they are all in the right spots and the gaskets are good too.

This happened to me when I swapped a y7 manifold for a y8. The problem was that I didn't get all of the old gasket off of the engine head and it caused vacuum leaks. So check this, and check that all of your hoses for holes. Make sure you torqued every bolt to spec.

sounds like you have a vacuum leak.. spray some carb or brake cleaner around the sealed areas until it revs higher. then you know where the leak is.

either vacuum or a tps sensor. Rip the Intake off again and like they said check for old gasket. Not the TB, the intake itself going to the head. Check for all the vacuum hoses make sure there all connected.
