Icon2 Urgent Technical help please . Honda B18b and Honda B18c Block

i need technical help..

can a b18b non vtech crankshaft work and perform well in a b18c typeR vtech block?

note its purpose is for track racing...
your answers will be truly appreciated...

if u use an ls crank u must use ls length rods. but u prolly already kno that. if ur lookin for a lil more torque than strokin it would b a way to go. ive heard it called the poormans stroker. they work very well together

Yes, it works and works well. B18C crank is 87mm stroke. The B18B crank is 89mm stroke so you are +2mm. As said above you do have to use the LS/B18B rods though and you will also likely have to remove the oil squirters on your B18C because they won't clear...
