brought my vehicle to a mechanic and basically half-a$$ed it
so... my rear engine mount holes are stripped... the mount was FORCED in... it rattles my dash. now i realize my ac idler pulley is hanging around because he did not know how to install it correctly. figures (ironically) my air condition worked PERFECT, prior to the swap.
i payed with a credit card... there is NO PAPERWORK... can i recover some funds?
apparently, this person used to work for the dealership also... unbelievable. i saved 1000$ but might have to spend that fixing stuff he screwed up.
I do not want to take it back to him because he will screw up something else.

How did you pay with a credit card and end up with no paperwork? Id hate to say it but unless you go to him raving and he gives you something back your probably screwed.

Call him and tell him he ****ed up. Fix it, or pay up. period. but he'll likely tell you to **** off.
We can't really say if your going to get money back or not. But next time GET PAPERWORK!
