Default ***kevster's EJ7 Build***

Hello

So i have decieded to start a build thread for my car to document the work that i put into the car. I love comments, good & bad, so if you view the thread please leave me a comment.

Here is how my car currently sits. Its a 1998 Honda Civic HX.

Current Mod List:

Engine
-Stock D16Y5
-No name short ram intake

Wheels & Suspension
-99-00 Si's
-Tein Flex Full Coilovers (Front)
-Tokico Shocks w/ "MaxSpeed" Coils (Rear)
-Buddy Club Racing P1 Front & Rear camber kits

Exterior
-Painted Formula Red
-OEM CTR Grill
-OEM mud flaps
-CTR rep front lip
-DIY SiR style headlights

Interior
-EX manual cluster
-Sony HU
-Pioneer speakers all around
-Recaro SRD
-Spfoon Duracon Auto ****
-Wink mirror
-OEM floor mats

Future Plans
-Convert to Manual
-SOHC Turbo
-96-98 SiR style everything

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here's my 1998 Honda Civic HX around the time when i first got her. Originally Roma Red but was repainted afew years ago Formula Red (S2K color). Previous owner also got into a little acciedent and had to replace the passenger door and did not paint it. which explains the off color you will see in later photos.

I wanted to start off by changing the look so people wouldnt point and say " oh hey thats _____'s coupe" No way would i be having any of that. Traded off the Rota C10's for some Rota Slips..

pics along my FG2 (which i soon sold)

At the time the car was driven by my GF (explains the lift) until i sold my Si. Once i sold it i purchased a more family friendly vehicle, 05 CRV SE

then i also pulled off the rest of the window tint and got rid of the ugly 99-00 tails for some fresh 96-98 tails. Also added OEM floormats and OEM mudflaps

Random photo of the coupe next to my brothers EM1 (storage mode)

With the EJ7 being driven by only me now, soon came the drop..

unfortunatly the fronts wont go any lower so i had to raise the rear

Think of it as a trade. Traded my Si for a family friendly awesome DD and a project car. Stay tuned for updates! Thanks for all the kind words!

I did the same diy mod to my headlights, it makes them look so much better! Good luck with your build.
