Default 02 sensor on 93 civic
I am doing a d16z6 swap on my 93 civic dx
can i use my stock d15b7 02 sensor or do i have to use the ex/si 02 sensor?
or can i use a 98 gsr 02 sensor since i have one in hand?

Its no difference between the dx 02 sensor and the ex/si 02 sensor?

As long as its not a single wire or 5 wire o2 sensor i will be the the same it should have 4 wires

The wires on the EX/Si sensor are longer, but they work exactly the same as a D15B7 O2 sensor, the GS-R sensor will work as well.

what about if i smog the car will it pass smog with the dx 02 sensor?

Its the exact same sensor for both models, so to answer our question it will pass smog with that sensor as long as its not throwing any codes
