Default vibration under acceleration

I have a '95 DelSol Si.
It has 200K miles.

I have new struts, all 4 tie rod ends, control arm bushings
I have new Khumo tires, and am running the stock wheels that I had refurbished professionally (almost perfect specs)
I had the car aligned and all wheels balanced
I have a new clutch....

Still, the car vibrates around 60-70 MPH
It is MUCH worse with the top off.

Any ideas?
