Del Sol clutch interlock switch help needed!
1993 Del Sol si...so my car wont crank with the key...ive traced the problem to the clutch interlock switch...and its not bad...you can bypass it by jumping the terminals in the connector and it will crank right up or you can just reach up and hold the button down then turn the key and start it...so obviously the clutch isnt activating the switch...now for where i need help...
need some advice on how to adjust the switch...i cant for the life of me get a wrench in there to loosen the lock nut...is there some special technique or angle, or am i gonna have to undo and remove the fuse box? also do i even need to adjust it? feels like there is a hole on the clutch pedal that the switch is just going thru...it there supposed to be somthing in there to push the button? thanks in advance guys!

yeah im thinking that there should be...also on the lowest switch, not sure what that activates so if anyone could enlighten me, there is a hole as well and when the clutch isnt depressed the switch button seems to be going thru that as well without being activated...i havnt been able to locate a very detailed clutch pedal diagram to be certain. might try a penny or something but if possible id like to get the actual piece.
